4th grade students will sign up very soon!
Students are expected to stay in their chosen instrumental and singing ensemble throughout 4th and 5th grade.

4th and 5th Grade Instrumental Ensembles

Band and Orchestra have a concert each semester.

Every performer is important for our team!

BAND

Choose from Flute, Clarinet, Saxophone, Trumpet, Trombone, and Percussion

ORCHESTRA

Choose from Violin, Viola, or Cello

  

4th and 5th Grade Singing Ensembles

Students MAY do both an instrumental ensemble AND singing ensembles

AC 
Rehearsals begin Aug. 4 
No auditions necessary!

The group that represents SPARK singing the most. Attends ALL Chorus rehearsals AND after school rehearsals on Fridays until 4:30pm. These students are automatically part of Chorus, and AC has a lot of performance opportunities in the community! Rehearsals begin right away, so be sure to send transportation info to your child's teacher so they know your singer will stay on Fridays all year!

During-school rehearsals. Performances in December and May and other performances by choice/invitation

Chorus Non-Performer

Attends Chorus rehearsals and is welcome to perform, but is not required to perform.

NEW This year Grady Cluster Music Club (GCMC) click for registration form—Open to all 4th and 5th grade students from Hope-Hill, Lin, Morningside, and SPARK who want to make music and make new friends. We will sing, dance, play bucket drums and other percussion!
