Music@SPARK Stars

Introducing Music@SPARK Stars!

To encourage students to engage more fully in music inside and outside of class, we’re launching Music@SPARK Stars! The program will encourage students to fully participate in class, bring their Band/Orchestra books and instruments, practice, and make music as often as possible.

Music Class ENSEMBLES
  • Bringing Book AND Instrument to Band & Orchestra = 1 star (Ms. Turgeon = green, Mr. Shirley = blue)

OUTSIDE OF CLASS
Students will earn stars for performing in ANY music-related events, including recitals, concerts, or other performances, attending music events (write a paragraph about it), practicing, composing, arranging, making up new lyrics, being musically brave, and more. More challenging work will earn more stars.
