Globetrotters Win!

We had a wonderful time for our first gig out with 3rd graders, and big thanks to our older students who served as mentors. I'm so excited about the excellent manners and behavior our kids have shown out in public at events--that's as important as doing a great performance to me, so thank you kids (and parents!) for representing SPARK so well! You should feel proud!

Check out the videos from the game below! Don't forget that our Atlanta Gladiators gig is now on Feb 29 (which is funny sounding, isn't it?) and ALL 3rd-5th graders (Chorus/AC members or not) are invited to sing!

Ella Enchanted By Karen Zacarias

Music by Deborah Wicks La Puma

From the novel by Gail Carson Levine

As a baby, Ella was given the "gift" to obey every command. Forced to do whatever is asked,
including rubbing her stepsister’s stinky feet, Ella fights for independence.  She sets out on an
extraordinary journey to battle ogres, befriend a prince, and crash a giant’s wedding to find her
fairy Godmother, Lucinda, to undo the spell. A mythical musical based on the book by Gail
Carson Levine, ELLA ENCHANTED explores what it means to find your voice and decide your
own fate.
Children 2 and under are free admission.
